长沙垃圾分类蓝色体系初步形成,“分类”成小区新时尚
自2017年开始,万容科技便积极探索垃圾分类及处置。目前,万容科技垃圾分类蓝色体系在长沙已初步形成。 在长沙县、望城区和浏阳市等多个小区,居民提着可回收垃圾送到小蓝屋,扫一扫“一起分类”二维码,将可回收物称重后,便可兑换现金,同时实现个人在分类程序上的积分,积分用于兑换物品。2019年,万容科技垃圾分类蓝色体系在长沙县农村10个月累计分类回收利用回收利用8065.12吨,望城区城乡10个月累计分类回收利用4084.38吨,相对于其他形形色色的互联网垃圾分类回收,成效真实,落地实施性强。

目前,在长沙县、望城区、浏阳市等诸多小区及街道,均可以看到垃圾蓝色分类体系中的蓝箱。与厨余垃圾(湿垃圾)、其他垃圾(干垃圾)两分类驿站共同分类收集四分类的各种垃圾。蓝箱在收集可回收物及有害垃圾时,不分细类,也无需扫码开箱,简单易操作,保障了各年龄阶段居民的参与性,同时无需接电使用,运营成本相较于通电使用的垃圾回收箱而言,成本低且环保有保障,箱体不易搬动,避免了二次污染。而小蓝屋则作为线上系统的实体回收点,针对人口比较集中的片区,负责对片区内投递的可回收物及有害垃圾进行现场细分类、称重、现金积分结算,并对回收后的再生资源进行二次分拣及打包,数据上线并统一管理。最终所有蓝屋收集的可回收物及有害垃圾经蓝车运输后,分区运送至相应蓝岛,通过合理的人工辅助及机械分拣打包,再统一运送后端资源深加工,实现垃圾变资源的增值。目前,万容科技已分别在星沙、望城区、长沙县及浏阳市建立了四个蓝岛,每个蓝岛日处理垃圾量约50吨,年处理约15000吨。

以始为终,垃圾分类处置全流程发力
从全国目前的垃圾分类来看,垃圾分类存在着分类收集不清晰、分类运输不协调、分类处理不匹配等各种问题。比如,缺少甚至没有配备专门的垃圾收运车,导致前端环节已分类的垃圾混装;已分类垃圾与后端处置能力不匹配,分类后的垃圾找不到后端的处理部门和服务第三方,等等。总而言之,若无全过程、全链条的分类,垃圾分类将流于形式,实际效果也将大打折扣。
在万容科技看来,以始为终建立了各类垃圾的分类处置全流程系统,才能保障垃圾分类体系从投放到最终处置的全流程利用。可回收物及有害垃圾通过蓝色体系实现分类回收,可回收物在蓝岛实现分类处置及资源化利用深加工,有害垃圾则交给有资质的企业进行无害化处理,湿垃圾则以“绿岛”形式,采用分布式机械生物MBT模式,就地实现果蔬垃圾、厨余垃圾等有机垃圾的资源化处置,转化为有机肥、营养土,其他垃圾则以“中心岛”模式,通过无氧热解核心技术,实现垃圾热解气化、热解碳化资源化利用,输出蒸汽、热解碳、热解油等能源产出物,实现垃圾的资源化利用。无氧热解技术目前已逐渐实现生活垃圾、废旧轮胎、纸业废弃物、油泥等废弃物的资源化利用。
