近日,在万容科技装备制造基地的车间,两条废旧轮胎连续式热解生产线正在有条不紊制造生产中,计划2020年5月交付,设备安装完成后可实现热解废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒约120吨/天。废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒连续式热解技术装备是万容科技自主研发,具有知识产权,经科技成果评价为国内领先水平的有机固废连续式热解技术装备在废旧轮胎上的延伸应用。

“黑色污染”变身“黑色金矿”
随着汽车产业的迅猛发展,废旧轮胎的产生量与日俱增,预计2020年我国废旧轮胎产生量有望超过2000万吨。橡胶因进口依存度高而成为我国国民经济和军事发展的重要战略资源,2000万吨废旧轮胎,折合天然橡胶资源约707万吨,若能全部回收利用,相当于我国8.7年的天然橡胶产量,诚然,大力发展轮胎综合利用意义重大而深远。
轮胎由不熔或难熔的高分子弹性材料制成,其材料分解到不影响土壤中植物生长的程度需数百年。废旧轮胎的日益增加,给全国乃至世界造成了严重的“黑色污染”。目前,我国《废旧轮胎综合利用指导意见》指出,在废旧轮胎综合利用方面,我国已初步形成旧轮胎翻新再制造、废轮胎生产再生橡胶、橡胶粉和热解四大主流处理方式。
旧轮胎翻新再造作为“黑色污染”最简洁的利用方式,翻新利用过程中重利轻质导致的质量安全问题,给交通、人身安全带来极大的隐患,废轮胎生产再生橡胶、橡胶粉因再生胶脱硫对环境造成了二次污染。这三种处置技术均为通过物理加工方式实现再利用,且废旧轿车轮胎无法进行翻新、制备胶粉及再生胶,造成大量废旧轮胎资源浪费。热解无疑是废旧轮胎综合利用的最佳处理方式,既可实现废旧轮胎的资源循环利用,通过热解将废旧轮胎资源化利用转化为燃料油、炭黑、钢丝和不冷凝可燃气,对标市场实现产物循环利用,实现废旧轮胎“吃干榨尽”;又可降低废旧轮胎再生资源综合利用的二次污染,提高产业经济效益和社会效益,提升“黑色污染”循环利用价值。
万容对轮胎生命的“终极关怀”
热解因实现了废旧轮胎资源的循环利用,被称为轮胎生命的“终极关怀”。近几年,国家工业和信息化部、商务部、科技部等多部门鼓励研发和推广热裂解生产技术与装备,实现废轮胎的环保达标利用。废轮胎分解制油和炭黑装备作为废橡胶无害化再生利用更是列入国家新兴产业目录。
热解作为我国废旧轮胎循环利用的重要途径之一,技术虽较为成熟,但趋于高利润追求的土法炼油的中小企业“满山遍野”,给废轮胎热解处理造成了极大的负面影响。土法炼油生产工艺简单,投资经营成本低,设备使用寿命短,生产效率低,在无任何环保、安全条件下,热解生产过程简单粗放,生成的油品、炭黑、钢丝等常规工业原料产品,质量低劣,虽可以低价创造较为可观的经济效益,但资源浪费严重,同时其生产过程中产生的大量有毒有害气体,长远来看,废旧轮胎处理过程目前尚无任何补贴,企业得承担回收成本,若再生产品无法面向主流市场实现销售利益最大化,实现生产经营循环价值最大化,将制约着热解再生产品市场的可持续销售及产业的可持续发展。
废旧轮胎通过热解可形成燃料油、炭黑、钢丝及可燃气,产生的可燃气作为热解热源循环利用于供热装置,降低了设备的燃料耗量和烟气的排放量,燃烧后的烟气经烟气净化系统的清洁化处理,达标排放,消除了二次污染,实现了对大气环境的有效保护。
目前,能实现废旧轮胎大规模工业连续化处理的技术装备鲜见,国家在废旧轮胎综合利用政策层面上提出了规模化、智能化、连续化三个准入条件。
