六大核心技术
■连续密封进(出)料
进料采用差速无轴螺旋密封、双插板循环进料及气封三种密封方式组合,出料采用刀闸阀和气封螺旋、水套螺旋组合的方式,满足热解炉大产能、连续化生产的工业需求。
■防结焦技术
采用刮板清焦装置和导热钢珠清焦相结合的方式,实现了不停炉、全自动清焦,有效提高了热解炉的传热效率,且延长了热解炉的使用寿命。
■动密封技术
主要包括烟气动密封及油气动密封,烟气动密封上主要采用鱼鳞片密封技术,适用于回转窑对气流及灰尘的密封,具有密封效果好、结构可靠、维修方便、防止物料泄漏、保护环境、节约能源的特点;油气动密封上主要采用组合式柔性密封技术,解决回转窑热解气外溢密封问题。
■热传递技术
通过热载体内循环及增设导向隔板实现,热解室内设中央循环通道,提高热效率,降低能耗;增设导向隔板,提高烟气利用率,增强回转窑及加热设备换热效率。
■油气净化技术
通过喷淋除尘、分级冷凝、不凝气净化三方面实现,循环喷淋确保降温及除尘效果,分级喷淋控制不凝气温度,不凝气通过碱洗塔去除酸性气体和少量的粉尘。
