2021年1月12日,万容科技江苏油泥项目热解装备首次发货仪式在装备制造基地正式举行。这意味着万容科技有机固废无氧热解技术装备开启油泥热解产业化应用新征程。万容科技董事长明果英、总经理周军、常务副总经理何明泉、副总经理万宁、副总经理罗萍、装备与系统服务中心总经理车涛,总部各部门负责人及装备制造基地各部门管理人员、生产班组长代表参加了仪式。
仪式由装备与系统服务中心总经理助理王本双主持。装备与系统服务中心总经理车涛就项目进行了简要汇报,承接江苏油泥项目后,装备与系统服务中心针对短时间内多项目的同时启动和紧急交货,组建了“百日攻坚”团队,从产品设计、商务采购、生产制造、质量检验等过程层层把关,对每个环节进行严格控制,克服了制造周期短、制造工艺繁杂、加工难度大、质量检验标准高及疫情影响等难题,提前一周完成首套热解设备交付,圆满完成了阶段性制造任务。接下来,万容科技将继续精诚合作,保质保量完成剩余设备制造及交付。

据行业相关数据显示,全国每年新增固体废物100多亿吨,历史堆存总量高达600亿-700亿吨。目前,处理各类有机类固废的技术主要包括焚烧、水泥窑协同、热解。这三类技术都属于热处理技术,但相较于焚烧、水泥窑协同,热解法有着一些独特的优势。2017年底,国家工信部发布《关于加快推进环保装备制造业发展的指导意见》,鼓励在固体废物处理处置装备方面,重点推广有机固废绝氧热解技术装备等。2018年国家科技部将有机固废热解技术装备列入了国家重大技术攻关计划。迄今为止,国内成功工业化应用的大型连续热解设备仍处于开发阶段,除在轮胎热解方面有少数案例外,鲜见大型连续热解设备应用于其他有机固废处理领域。
此次热解设备主要应用于江苏常州工业废弃物处置及热能回收再利用项目,首次发货设备为连续式热解技术装备PH-60,日处理产能约60吨,后续将继续完成1套连续式热解技术装备及2套间歇式热解技术装备的交付。项目投产运营后,可实现年处理含油污泥、涂料废物及其他工业固废3.8万吨。据悉,公司就项目技术工艺交流、项目考察等历时近数月,最终于2020年10月签订了工业废弃物处置及热能回收再利用项目的热解设备及配套设备采购合同。
九时十八分,主持人宣布设备正式发往项目现场。此次万容科技热解技术装备的成功发货,无疑将促进常州含油污泥、涂料废物及其他工业固废热解资源化利用的新发展。在炮竹声声中,装载有热解炉的两台货车徐徐驶出,承载着万容人的美好期望,开启了红红火火的2021年,将谱写让垃圾变资源的绿色发展新篇章。
