一起分类总经理宋镇就再生资源回收处置现状,结合公司实际再生资源回收及体系建设经验,提出了“双碳”目标下的回收利用“三岛两网”模式解决方案,以分类收运逆向物流网及大数据物联网为线上支撑,线下通盘统筹考虑实体体系,从废旧物资回收利用体系延伸至产业废物、城市生活垃圾和农业废物的体系搭建,借助机械生物MBT技术、破碎分选技术、无氧热解技术、快速腐熟技术,按资源分类回收进入蓝岛、绿岛、能源岛进行综合化利用,实现让垃圾变资源。目前引入该模式的许昌市魏都区“无废城市”建设项目成为首批生态环境导向的开发(EOD)模式试点中唯一一个以「无废城市」入选项目。
