The group standard "management specification for the construction of recyclable material recovery system (Draft for review)" prepared by a classification company under Wanrong technology successfully passed the expert review

On November 9, 2021, the management specification for the construction of recyclable material recycling system compiled by eight renewable resource utilization enterprises including Hunan Tonghe classification network technology Co., Ltd. under Wanrong technology successfully passed the group standard expert review meeting in Beijing. The group standard was initiated by China Renewable Resources Recycling Association. After soliciting opinions from the public from September 10 to October 15, 2021, the group standard formed the management specification for the construction of recyclable material recycling system (Draft for approval).

The group standards expert review meeting invited Cheng Huiqiang, researcher of the development research center of the State Council, Liu Jianguo, Professor of the school of environment of Tsinghua University, Liu Jinghao, vice president and Secretary General of China Environmental Health Association, Dai Tiejun, Professor of Beijing University of technology, Jiao Xudong, senior engineer of China Academy of Environmental Sciences, Jin min, Professor of the school of environment of Renmin University of China, Zhang Yurun, senior engineer of the national standards Technology Review Center Niu Feng, Secretary General of Anhui renewable resources recycling association, Qiu Mingqi, executive vice president and Secretary General of Shandong renewable resources association, Zhang zhenghuang, President of Nanjing renewable resources industry association, Zhou Xiao, President of Changsha renewable resources recycling association, Chen Zhiyou, President of Hangzhou renewable materials Association, Chen Xuexin, Secretary General of Shanghai renewable resources recycling association and Shi Shaoming, a specially invited expert, formed a review group of 14 experts, Researcher Cheng Huiqiang served as the team leader and Professor Liu Jianguo served as the deputy team leader. Pan Yonggang, vice president and Secretary General of China Renewable Resources Recycling Association, deputy secretary general Tang Yanju, director of Standardization Committee Cao Yang, Vice Minister of business department Hu Jiawei, standard group Zhang Lili, Policy Research Office Li Minghuan and more than 30 representatives of participating units attended the meeting online and offline. The meeting was chaired by Cao Yang, director of the Standardization Committee of China Renewable Resources Recycling Association.

At present, with the continuous in-depth promotion of garbage classification in various regions, the importance of the construction of recyclable material system is becoming increasingly prominent. Recyclable material system is not only different from traditional renewable resource recycling, but also different from simple garbage classification and transportation. There is an urgent need for relevant standards to provide guidance on its new positioning, new functions and new requirements. Based on the requirements for the construction of domestic waste classification and waste material recycling system, combined with the operation characteristics of renewable resource recycling industry and the current practice of the construction of recyclable material system, the code for the construction and management of recyclable material recycling system puts forward the relevant requirements for the construction of medium delivery point, medium transfer station, sorting center and information management system of recyclable material system, so as to better improve the operation efficiency of recyclable material recycling system, Promote waste reduction and effective utilization of resources.

Together classification is a professional company under Wanrong technology, which is responsible for the design, development, construction and operation of the whole chain system of waste classification. Following the principles of reduction, recycling and harmlessness, relying on the parent company's years of solid waste collection, treatment and sedimentation technology and experience, and combined with its own Internet, big data and Internet of things development capabilities, the "three networks integration" waste classification whole chain system mode of "renewable resources network + classified recycling network + Internet of things data network" is constructed from the end.
