Shredder: 
Considering the coiled shape of the electrode sheet materials, a feeding mechanism is designed to regularly and uniformly feed the materials to the crushing port, ensuring relatively uniform material feed, controllable feeding amount, and cut depth. This controls the cutting effect and avoids material jams;
 
 
Eddy milling and classification machine: 
It consists of eddy current pulverizer, classifier, cyclone separator, pulse dust removal high-pressure fan, pipelines and platform, etc. It has the dual functions of crushing and peeling, and airflow sorting. It can crush and efficiently peel off the black powder from aluminum/copper foils in the electrode sheets. The air sorter uses the density difference between the electrode powder and aluminum/copper metal for fine airflow sorting, avoiding excessive crushing of copper and aluminum during the breaking process of the electrode sheets. This process yields two specifications: common pure electrode powder (aluminum/copper content lower than 3000ppm) and high-purity electrode powder (aluminum/copper content less than 300ppm). The quality of the common pure electrode powder is better than that on the market, reducing subsequent wet smelting costs. High-purity electrode powder can be directly used as a raw material for physical restoration.
 
 
Environmental protection and cleaning system: 
Combination of enclosed conveying+negative pressure conveying+ black powder collection device, greatly reduces dust escape.
