In November, the company acquired some shares of Changsha Chaofan organic fertilizer Co., Ltd., built and completed the trial operation of Changsha County perishable organic matter comprehensive utilization project in Baita village, Ansha Town, Changsha, and treated 300 tons of garden waste, fruit and vegetable waste and domestic waste per day.
 
In May, the company (securities code: 833311) was selected as the innovation layer of the new third board in 2017 after being reviewed by the National SME share transfer system.

In July, the company set up a joint-stock subsidiary Henan Wanrong Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
 
In June, the company's solid waste resource comprehensive utilization education base was awarded the title of the first batch of environmental education bases in Hunan Province.
 
In April, Miluo Wanrong solid waste treatment Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, was established.
 
In March, the national local joint Engineering Research Center for the resource utilization of scrapped cars and electrical products was selected as the "national local joint innovation platform" by the national development and Reform Commission. In January, the "technology and equipment for harmless treatment and resource recovery of waste refrigerators" independently developed by the company passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China. 2009

In June, the company became one of the first batch of national household appliances "old for new" pilot dismantling and disposal enterprises of waste household appliances.

In February, the subordinate company "Hunan electronic waste treatment center" obtained the filing approval, becoming the first enterprise in Central China to obtain the approval for the investment and construction of provincial electronic waste treatment center.

In December, the subsidiary Hong Kong Wanrong circuit board recycling Co., Ltd. was established.

In August, the wholly-owned subsidiary Chenzhou Wanrong metal processing Co., Ltd. was established.

In March, the Ministry of information industry of the people's Republic of China hosted the scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of "waste printed circuit board physical recycling technology and equipment" in Wuxi. The appraisal conclusion was "domestic initiative and reached the international advanced level".

In January, the holding subsidiary Wuxi Wanrong Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2006

In June, the holding subsidiary Dongguan Wanrong Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established, and the first rpcb-1500 circuit board physical recovery and treatment production line was put into operation in Dongguan.

In March, Hunan Wanrong Packaging Co., Ltd. initiated the establishment of "Hunan Wanrong Technology Co., Ltd." with a registered capital of 10 million yuan.
