城市生活垃圾和电子废物综合利用关键技术研究与工程示范”示范企业授牌仪式在湖南大学举行。省科技厅党组成员、副厅长杨治平出席会议并讲话。湖南大学科技处、环境工程学院的相关领导,湖南万容科技有限公司、湖南省仁和垃圾综合处理有限公司的项目负责人、专项课题组成员以及科技厅成果市场处全体同志参加了会议。湖南大学曹一家副校长在会上致辞,首席专家曾光明教授汇报了专项实施进展情况。会上,杨治平副厅长亲自为湖南万容科技有限公司授予了“湖南省科技重大专项示范企业”牌匾。
“城市生活垃圾和电子废物综合利用关键技术研究与工程示范”是湖南省科技厅今年组织实施的12个科技重大专项之一。该专项以湖南大学、中南大学为主要技术依托,由万容科技、仁和垃圾综合处理公司开展废弃电器电子产品拆解分离、城市垃圾自动分选、废塑料造粒改性回收、熔池熔炼技术无害化处理城市垃圾和城市垃圾堆肥处理及二次污染控制等方面关键瓶颈技术及设备开发的研究,并建立相关示范生产线,实现城市生活垃圾和电子废物综合利用及无害化处理新工艺、新设备的技术突破与工程示范,对推进我国城市生态环境建设,加快废旧家电回收利用处理,支撑国家“家电以旧换新”行动,促进我省装备制造产业发展都具有十分重要的作用。
通过半年多的组织实施,该专项已取得了显著的阶段性成效。万容公司研制的废电视电脑拆解线、废冰箱处理线,废线缆处理线,已制备出工程化样机,可将报废的电视机、电脑、冰箱、空调、线缆等废物实现高度分离和金属、非金属资源的高效回收。与俄罗斯开展国际科技合作,在应用熔池熔炼技术无害化处理城市垃圾、重金属污泥及尾矿方面也取得良好进展,签订了项目合作协议。仁和垃圾综合处理公司在废塑料造粒改性回收方面也取得突破,部分示范工程将于明年4月正式投产。
杨治平副厅长听取了专项承担单位的汇报后指出,该项目前期工作基础扎实,实施半年多来成效显著,希望项目承担单位继续利用好该科技重大专项平台,把城市生活垃圾综合利用技术、电子废物综合利用技术、堆肥处理技术3个方面凸显起来,打造关键技术研究与工程示范的品牌。
