2010年9月29日-30日,万容科技下属设备工程事业部举行了为期两天的培训及技能大比武,工程项目部一线员工及质量服务部售后人员约40名员工参加。此次活动主要针对项目安装以及事业部日常管理中出现的问题安排了差旅费及材料报帐管理规定等财务方面的培训,以及电控原理、产品知识、设备操作维护规程等专业技能方面的培训,同时还进行了理论考试以及严格的技能实操比武。目的在于提高员工工作技能,加强安全管理意识,为后续人力资源管理提供依据。
在第一天的技能培训中,人力资源部、财务部、质量服务部、工程技术部等部门相关负责人做了企业文化、人事制度、财务制度、电气电控、设备操作维护、班组长专项培训、产品知识、售后服务管理等方面的课程培训。设备工程事业部包含机械技术类、工程技工类、售后服务类员工积极认真参加了为期一天的授课,课堂上大家积极思考、踊跃发言。培训结束后,组织了针对于本次培训课程的理论笔试。使大家在巩固本次培训知识的同时,也能通过考试认识自己专业理论知识上的不足,查漏补缺。
22名技术类员工参加了第二天的技能大比武,比武分为电工、钳工(含焊工)两个类别进行,分别以设计正反转控制电路、角焊、平焊、环焊等为题开展实操比武。设备工程事业部高级工程师全程参与、指导,并对每个人的实操结果进行点评。根据比武的结果,再结合第一天理论考试的成绩,评出了电工组和钳工组(含焊工)的名次,并给予了现金奖励和相关专业书籍的奖励。在设备工程事业部制造总监的总结与鼓励下,设备工程事业部第一届技能大比武圆满结束!公司也希望通过定期举办此类的活动,提升员工的技能水平,丰富员工的职业发展,为公司人力资源决策的执行提供依据。
