5月10日-11日,公司参加第五届中国金属循环应用国际研讨会,明果英董事长出席本次会议并在会上作了题为《厂商携手,共同开创中国废钢产业变革之路》的主题演讲。明董站在废钢产业战略发展的高度,就废钢价格下行或动荡时期,废钢产业如何转危为机发表了自己独特的见解。明董认为,废钢行业要走出困境,必须要实现技术创新,开创废钢“蓝海”产品;要进行设备升级和产业延伸,提升综合竞争力。明董在演讲的最后指出,废钢产业真正的前途在于钢铁冶炼企业和废钢回收处理企业携起手来,合作共赢,最终开创钢铁产业新时代。明董的主题演讲紧贴形势,紧贴行业,受到研讨会主办方、承办方负责人和与会代表们的高度评价。

本届研讨会由中国钢铁工业协会、中国有色金属工业协会、中国废钢铁应用协会主办,中国贸促会冶金行业分会承办。本次研讨会层次高、规模大,与会代表接近600人。大家热烈探讨中国废钢铁循环利用的发展道路,以及如何为我国钢铁行业的节能减排工作作出贡献等方面问题。废钢铁的回收应用是发展循环经济的重要内容,也是钢铁工业获得可持续发展的必经之路。
会议上,中国工程院院士殷瑞钰作了发言,对中国钢铁工业面临的结构调整进行详细解读,表示中国钢铁工业正面临着“进步、挑战和机遇”三方面问题,目前,国内宏观经济建设处于不平衡、不协调、不可持续发展的状态,“节能减排”仍是钢铁行业保持可持续发展的重要措施,钢铁行业的产业化结构调整,以及企业升级换代将是未来市场发展的重要机遇,政策性投资方向也更支持产业调整,废钢铁资源的回收、加工及利用,是再生资源利用于钢铁行业的重要表现,为此应更加重视废钢铁产业的区域化、工业化以及产业化的发展方向。
工信部节能与综合利用司司长周长益做了精彩报告,主题为《十二五钢铁产业节能减排与再生资源的综合利用》 ,在报告中周司长强调钢铁行业的可持续发展战略,一是钢铁行业很大的发展空间,由于国内内需依然强劲,为此钢铁产量仍将保持高位。二是钢铁行业的发展潜力依旧,其潜力主要表现在钢铁产品种类及质量的较大缺口,提高产品附加值仍是钢铁行业发展的重点。国内资源环境的利用其约束性已到了极限,加强行业转型,有效利用再生资源是未来钢铁行业发展必然方向。
中钢协副会长王晓齐对中国钢铁行业运行情况及废钢需求情况进行详尽分析。王晓齐强调,近十年来,我国钢铁行业取得的主要成就表现在“量”上,重点钢铁企业能耗与国际先进国际水平相同,目前阻碍钢铁企业发展的重要瓶颈在于,国内钢铁企业数量过多集中度低,企业间的过度竞争造成市场恶果,今年一季度,国内钢铁主行业全面亏损,钢铁行业内部面临企业数量过多的恶性竞争,外部遭遇铁矿石等原料价格上涨的困境。在钢铁全行业赢利受困的情况下,钢铁企业将以“低成本”给用户提供服务,废钢铁资源的回收与利用为实现降低钢铁行业生产成本形成条件,在十二五规划期间,国内钢铁行业将从数量扩张转向技术提升,提高钢铁产品的市场竞争力。
本届会议基本达成共识,废钢铁资源的回收与利用,需要健全整个行业制度,在资源应用的过程中,避免重蹈铁矿石市场的覆辙。大会期望,建立国内的废钢铁回收利用龙头企业,提出行业的专项机制、制度,在今后15-20年间,炉料的应用中废钢铁的利用率会将呈现稳步上升的趋势,大力发展废钢铁产品的应用当属十二五期间的重中之重。
研讨会之后,中国废钢铁应用协会召开了五届一次会员大会,选举产生了第五届中国废钢铁应用协会理事会,王镇武当选为协会名誉会长,李树斌当选为协会常务副会长兼秘书长,我公司当选为协会理事单位,董事长明果英当选为协会理事。
