工艺路线:
废旧带元器件电路板的工艺流程分为三个步骤:首先废旧带元器件电路板通过人工拆解掉高压包、散热片、杂线、塑料底座(含有杂线、塑料底座);然后将电路板直接经过辊破斯机破碎,经过多级除铁,再经有色金属分选设备将物料中含有的铜、铝等有色金属分选回收;最后再经过多级筛选分离,以及静电分选有效保证了金属的回收率;各破碎、分选设备都配有负压除尘系统,及粉尘回收系统,整个运行过程无粉尘泄露,保证了厂房内一个良好的作业环境及干净车间。
