日前,湖南万容科技股份有限公司报废汽车及电器产品资源化利用国家地方联合工程研究中心(以下简称“工程研究中心”)被国家发展改革委评选为“国家地方联合创新平台”,这是我省首家由环保企业牵头组建的国家地方联合工程研究中心。国家地方联合创新平台是围绕地方特色产业链建设和地方主导产业发展,开展产业关键共性技术研发和重大装备研制,促进产业技术进步和结构升级调整、培育和发展战略性新兴产业提供重要技术支撑的平台。国家地方联合创新平台属于国家级创新平台,享受与国家工程研究中心(工程实验室)同等优惠政策。
该工程研究中心将围绕城市矿产资源高效开发利用的问题,建设报废汽车和废弃电器电子产品处理设备研发与工程化应用平台、金属资源回收平台、非金属资源及部分危险废物资源利用及无害化处置平台,开展报废汽车和废电器产品的高效破碎分选、金属资源回收、非金属资源能源利用技术及设备等方面的研究,突破报废汽车和废弃电器电子产品处理装备多金属混合粉体资源提取、非金属资源深加工应用等关键核心技术。
