“三岛”即蓝岛、绿岛及能源岛,蓝岛采用智能分类及机械分选设备实现废纸、废塑料、废金属、电子垃圾、报废汽车、大件垃圾等各类可再生资源的分拣及循环利用;绿岛则以分布式MBT、静态好氧、动态好氧三大技术为核心,将秸秆、畜禽粪污、厨余垃圾、园林垃圾、市政污泥、果蔬垃圾等易腐垃圾转化为有机肥及营养土;能源岛以无氧热解系统、热解气化焚烧系统为核心,将混杂塑料、危废包装、复合包装、医疗废物、油泥、工业污泥等其他有机固废转化为燃油、碳燃料、热能或电能。
迄今,蓝岛、绿岛、能源岛及逆向物流网、大数据信息网已在长沙县城区、乡镇逐步推广应用。长沙县各村镇已配置“蓝箱”37万个、“小蓝车”1074台、村级“小蓝屋”158个、镇级“小蓝屋”16个,县级“蓝岛”2个,村级“绿岛”1个,实现了农户垃圾收集分类化、村镇二次分拣精细化、县级集中处理资源化。同时,万容科技为三岛数字化赋能,以终为始,通过分子公司湖南一起分类科技有限公司搭建全品类、全流程垃圾分类智慧化数据监管云平台,实现生活垃圾四分类中可回收物、有害垃圾及大件垃圾全品类高效、规范的收集、运输及处置。长沙县城区、乡镇共计建立小蓝屋301处,大件垃圾收集点145个。
